How To's


League Export from Meet Manager
  1. Launch Meet Manager.
  2. Select File | Backup and save the file to C:\backups
  3. Copy the file to a USB memory stick for backup purposes.
  4. Email the file to tromine@gmail.com and jason@pleasantonsharks.com.

Print Ribbon Labels
Convert DQs to Exhibition

  1. Launch Meet Manager (if not already open).
  2. Select File | Open and select the database file for the event (if not already open).
  3. Select Run from the menu.
  4. Select the first event under 'EVENT LIST'
  5. For each 'Pleasanton Meadows' swimmer with a DQ, uncheck the 'DQ' box and check the 'Exh' box.
  6. Use the 'Next Event' button to switch the display to the next event.
  7. After viewing each event click 'Close' in the upper left hand corner.

Heat Winners

  1. Select Labels | Awards Labels from the menu.
  2. Select PMST-US from the Team drop-down list.
  3. Select 'Both' for Gender.
  4. Select 'All Rounds' for Rounds.
  5. Click the 'Select All' button.
  6. Select Laser 3x10 for Label Selection (Avery 5160 labels).
  7. Select 'By Heat' for Award Type.
  8. Select 'Athlete' for Sort By.
  9. Enter '1 To 1' for Individual and Relay Places.
  10. Click 'Create Labels'.
  11. Click the 'Printer Setup' icon and select the 'HP Laser Printer'.
  12. Load label stock face up and click the 'Print' icon.

Participant

  1. Select Labels | Awards Labels from the menu.
  2. Select PMST-US from the Team drop-down list.
  3. Select 'Both' for Gender.
  4. Select 'All Rounds' for Rounds.
  5. Click the 'Select All' button.
  6. Select Laser 3x10 for Label Selection (Avery 5160 labels).
  7. Select 'Exhibition Swims' for Award Type.
  8. Select 'Athlete' for Sort By.
  9. Click 'Create Labels'.
  10. Click the 'Printer Setup' icon and select the 'HP Laser Printer'.
  11. Load label stock face up and click the 'Print' icon.

Place

  1. Select Labels | Awards Labels from the menu.
  2. Select PMST-US from the Team drop-down list.
  3. Select 'Both' for Gender.
  4. Select 'All Rounds' for Rounds.
  5. Click the 'Select All' button.
  6. Select Laser 3x10 for Label Selection (Avery 5160 labels).
  7. Select 'Standard Award Label' for Award Type.
  8. Select 'Athlete' for Sort By.
  9. Enter '1 To 99' for Individual and Relay Places.
  10. Click 'Create Labels'.
  11. Click the 'Printer Setup' icon and select the 'HP Laser Printer'.
  12. Load label stock face up and click the 'Print' icon.

Final Score Report from Meet Manager
  1. Launch Meet Manager (if not already open).
  2. Select File | Open and select the database file for the event (if not already open).
  3. Select Reports | Scores from the menu.
  4. Click the 'Select All' button.
  5. Select 'Combined' for Gender Choices.
  6. Select 'Team' for 'Report Type'.
  7. Select 'Std Pts' for Points.
  8. Select 'Normal' for Grouping.
  9. Select 'No age criteria' for Athlete Criteria.
  10. Click 'Create Report'

Meet Results from Meet Manager
  1. Launch Meet Manager (if not already open).
  2. Select File | Open and select the database file for the event (if not already open).
  3. Leave Team and Age Range blank.
  4. Click 'Both' for 'Sex'.
  5. Select 'All Rounds' for 'Rounds'.
  6. Click 'Select All'.
  7. Select 'Single' for 'Columns'.
  8. Check 'Entry Qualifying Time' and 'Entry Times' under 'Include in Results'.
  9. Select 'None' for 'Splits'.
  10. Select 'Event # Order' under 'Format'.
  11. Select 'None' for 'Athlete ID'.
  12. Select 'Date/Time' for 'Time Stamp'/
  13. Click 'Create Report'.
