Pleasanton Meadows Swim Team
Press: Club Sport Meet
For the fifth time this year, the Pleasanton Meadows Sharks broke a team record. This time it was the 11-12 girls free relay team of Adriana Harris, Alyson Isaacs, Haley Isaacs, and Denise Long. The Sharks gave Club Sport a good run, but, in the end, they fell 558-431.

Pleasanton Meadows had some other great days from their swimmers. Annie Geasa and Nick Tucker both won three events. Geasa took the 13-14 IM, back and fly, while Tucker won the same events in the 11-12 group.

Joining sister Annie, Jack Geasa also won multiple events, taking the two 11-12 events that Tucker didn’t win, free and breast. The Sharks other multiple individual winner was Sidney Vaeth who won the girls 9-10 fly and free. Also getting in to the family act was Sidney’s brother Cody who won the 7-8 breaststroke and Nick’s brother Blake Tucker who won the 9-10 backstroke.

In addition to their record breaking swim, the Isaacs sisters both won individual events; Alyson the free, and Haley the breaststroke.

The U6 girls swam well for the Sharks. Syndey Simmons started it off with a win in the freestyle, Samantha Herlich followed up with a first in the fly, and Courtney Olivier won the backstroke.

Rounding out the Sharks first place finishers were Trent Pozzi (7-8 back), Kyra Thordsen (7-8 fly), Kyra Schwaninger (13-14 breaststroke), Perry Cheney (13-14 free), Colin Burke (13-14 back), and Joey Silva (15-18 free)
